The Perfect Way to Dominate a Niche without the Same Onslaught of Competition Others Have to Deal With!

(Note: Can Be Amazon, Share-a-Sale, CJ, eBay, etc.)

From: Tiffany Lambert

If there's one problem I see with many tangible affiliate marketers, it's that they immediately try to go head to head with major competitors and quit before they gain any traction in terms of profits.

I decided to share a simple strategy with you where you compete in the niche, but in a way that allows you to circumvent the competition.

What Will We Do in the Challenge?

This challenge is about building an accessory niche site. Most marketers promote the main, higher ticket items in their niche. For example, with golfers - they focus on promoting golf club sets.

With the beauty niche, they focus on the promotion of high end makeup sets like $250 eyeshadow pallets. Or with fitness, they write content to try to make commissions on items like $2,000 treadmills.

There's a better way to serve the needs of your niche audience and profit in the process - and it's by focusing on the accessories for the niche. For example, instead of high ticket cameras, you'd promote the lenses, lighting equipment, backdrops and so on.

For golfers, you'd promote everything from bags of tees or gloves to technological gadgets that the dedicated audience devours.

The great thing about this slant is that you can still promote the big items, too - but your primary focus will be on the accessories, and I'll be building a site right alongside you with my teenaged daughter, Scarlett - who will be my co-host for this challenge.

Here's a breakdown of what will be involved in the challenge where we spend 6 days setting up our niche site and 24 days of accessory review content creation.

Accessory Niche and Domain Brainstorming
Set Up Your WordPress Accessory Affiliate Site
Blog and Facebook Branding
Pinterest and Instagram Branding
Sourcing Accessory Items to Review
Categorizing Your Accessory Site
24 Days of Accessory Affiliate Review Creation and Sharing - Each with a Specific, Individual Slant

By the time we're done, you'll have a site set up and the momentum going where you can keep things running on your own. I'll personally be using a mix of Amazon and Share-a-Sale with Some Commission Junction added in.

But you can tailor your site however you want!

Details About the Challenge Specifics

Let's look at how this thing will work...

Who:

This challenge is for those who want to start an affiliate site of their own with a focus on accessories. You can be a lurker or you can be an active participant if you want and enjoy some camaraderie and support along the way.

The group will be CLOSED to the public, so only those who paid for the course will be participating alongside you.

What:

The challenge will show you how I build an accessory affiliate site, conduct research and review products with a variety of slants. I'll be creating text and video reviews and more - all with my daughter - who also has some insight to share from the perspective of an online consumer who uses review content to make purchasing decisions and is a non-marketer.

I will be on hand to help brainstorm with you if you get stuck and to offer guidance or ideas as well as critiques of content if you want some advice on what you're doing!

When:

Officially, this challenge begins on Monday, January 1st - but you're welcome to do the lessons on your own schedule.  "What if it's March or August and I'm just now seeing this?"

No worries! The content and comments will always stay up once I complete the lessons, so you can join in whenever, even replying to others' comments and getting my help as you go.

Where:

Right on my blog. I want it laser focused, and this is a place where you can log in, go through the lesson of the day, read comments and participate, and log off so you're taking action. I do not want people stuck floundering on Facebook in a group where we ALL know, a lot of time wasting happens.

You should be focused on THAT day's lesson and then logging out to get your task done. (Learned this from my mentor and it's helped me achieve 6 figures, by the way).

Why:

Only you can decide your why. For me, my Why is because I've seen the potential for accessory sales and I want to teach my daughter how to run her own site with this specific slant.

How:

You don't have to worry that this is some super sneaky method of getting you to then fork over some 4-figure amount for a high ticket item. Nope. This is it.

We're going to do it all, and while I may use certain tools like Aweber, you have free options at your disposal like MailChimp. You will be buying a domain and hosting - if you don't have one already.

What Do Others Have to Say About My Other Private Challenges?

These comments were unsolicited. My participants just said it because they were thrilled with the way my private group was unfolding. This particular challenge was a bonus for buying someone else's product through my link, so it still had a paid element to it.

What I hope you get out of reading these comments is that my primary goal in hosting this is to share openly and detail everything.

"It was AWESOME and so very helpful. "

"You are a great teacher. You always provide awesome tips, insight and ways of doing tasks."

"One of the best bonuses I've encountered."

"Your Minisite Person is exactly what/whom I was looking for. That was a great share."

"10 out of 10 for the video on this page, better value and more succinct than most long-winded wso’s I’ve seen on the subject."

"Its been a great two days Tiffany, thanks for everything."

"The successful concept and explanation of your Sales Funnel is worth the indirect price of admission alone."

"Thanks for all of the terrific information you are providing."

"Great actionable tips."

"Thank you so much for putting this video together. I love watching you teach, you’ve got a way that shows how to do things — but also make it seem like it is doable and not overwhelming."

"In a word – superb!"

"Once again you have over delivered on content, instructions and of course personal attention in answering our questions. Thank you so much for all that you do."

"Wow, the psychological process of your thinking as you work through these potential opportunities for PLR is absolutely invaluable here Tiff."

If You're Prone to Complaining About the Competition, This Will Be a Good Challenge to Show You How to Get Started in a Niche without All of the Overwhelming Feelings of Inadequacy.

This is going to be a FUN challenge. Whether you're starting in a new niche or learning how to add another profit branch to an existing one, you'll enjoy discovering how to angle your content for different purposes.

This is so easy a 13-year old can do it!

In fact, I know several people have said they'll be doing it along with their kids, since a teenager will be co-hosting it with me. I welcome their input!

And I'm here to hold your hand through the process, so get registered and be ready when the challenge starts!
